We don’t have in-stock products, we produce food materials after receiving your orders only. We will have two types of shipping right now.
- Our in-house delivery team, currently having service in Trivandrum, Kochi & Kollam. For customers in this area, our team will come to your place and will serve the products directly to your containers.
- Courier, we are having courier service for the rest of the places.
Since we are producing food products after getting orders, cancellation time for you is 2 hours from the time of order placement. Either you should inform us directly or you can do it through the website, in both cases get our confirmation about the cancellation. Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!
Damages must be reported to us prior to using the product. Tags/stickers must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your item or it will not be accepted.
